Should I include details of wedding packages in my company summary?

Question by Little L: Should I include details of wedding packages in my company summary?
I’m writing my company summary for my wedding photography business class and was wondering if I should include details of the four different packages I plan to offer. Is this too much information or just right?

I plan to include every detail for potential clients to go over, however this company summary is just one part of my business plan that, hypothetically, would be submitted only to a banker in hopes for a loan. This is why I question the extent at which I should include certain information.

I feel you shouldn’t go that far into it. Touch base on it and maybe use something like:

When developing your price structure, you will find the need to break things down into affordable packages.

The 4 hour basic…blah blah bla

the 6 hour extended… blah blah blah

an 8 hour all out…blah blah blah

and then the you just married me too 8+ hours with all the trimings

they can figure out their own pricings, hourly, etc

in your company services that you offer, you should include each package you have to offer and what each of them consists of.

if you charge for the time it takes to get there, you have to indicate it. Many peope charge for their travel. if it takes an hour, they charge it. also, if you have to do proofs, that has to be included. Some customers demand proof before development and overdo it by asking 2 or 3 proofs. You have to allow one proof and all the others are charged to cover the cost of paper etc…

Better to be thorough then have them cal you and spend an hour on the phone explaining all what you have to offer.
