Question by NeedAnswers: Wedding Catering costs are not locked in?
I spoke with the venue manager who is also doing the catering, and they told me they can’t lock in the prices of the food (raises every year) due to the cost of gas of tranportation to ship food, etc. We are currently paying .50 per plate (buffet), with 10 percent tax and then 18 percent gratuity.

Has anyone used Abigail Kirsch catering & venues to plan their NYC wedding? What is the average price range? Do they charge a flat fee for a package or is it priced per person?
