Depends on what type of food you want to have. Lots of people do Italian type dishes and others do more Americanized plates, such as chicken, beef, or fish. There should be some standard sides that come with the main course and you won't need more dessert aside from the wedding cake. For drinks you can do water with lemons, punch, cider, etc. I would suggest checking out some catering websites and seeing what types of things they offer so you can get a better feel for what you want.
